The space
This red brick 1940s ranch style home was completely remodeled in 2023 with stunning new kitchen & spa-like bath. Featuring two bedrooms equipped with queen sized Zinus memory foam mattresses, in unit laundry and on premises parking.

Super close to the Univeristy, you can see the stadium from our street just out front of the home. We're located just over a mile from campus, the perfect launching spot for Tucson.

Just 15 minutes by car to the airport and within 20 minutes of major sites: downtown, Pima Air and Space Museum, Gem Show sites, The Mercado San Agustin, 4th Avenue, La Encantada Shopping Mall and the Tucson Mall.
Guest access
This home is primarily set up to host guests and guests have access to the entire property including all parking, the cactus garden in the front yard, and the back yard.
Additional notes
Guests are protected by Ring doorbell camera at front door; other cameras seen on the exterior of the home are disabled.
Guest interaction
While not on site, I am in Tucson and am available via app, phone or text.
Neighborhood overview
Sam Hughes Neighborhood - This is an iconic Tucson neighborhood, quiet, full of families with some student housing. You'll see many neighbors running, walking or taking the dog for a stroll throughout the day.
Getting around
While possible to walk to and from the University (about 1.25 mi), you'll want a car or rideshare for anything else in Tucson. Especially when it is hot out.
